Initial Disclosure

Disclosure: Leasepoint Vehicle Management Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (register number 714000).

We are an independent credit broker and not a lender. When we introduce you to a finance provider they will pay us a commission. For regulated agreements the nature of this commission is usually either a fixed fee or a percentage of the amount you borrow.

Regulated (by the Financial Conduct Authority) agreements are for; Individuals, small partnerships (of 3 or less partners) and sole traders, though any customer can email us as below for more information on our commission. We also may pay an introductory fee to third party introducers of business to us. 

Any commission we receive from our panel of funders is included within the monthly payment quoted to you and so this is spread across the payments that you make. For regulated customers the full amount of commission we receive will be made available in a disclosure that will be sent to you before you sign your finance documents.

Please also seek advice if necessary, to ensure that you understand and are comfortable with this product, and the terms and conditions associated. Following finance approval full terms will follow for you to sign up with our chosen funder directly.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (number Z2043762) with the required notification, and are a member of our industry trade body, the BVRLA (membership number 1942).
